This role is only available to residents of Australia or to those who hold valid working visas or permits Reference: 2012 - 2336 To provide support for the systems administration team to provide timely and continuous access to GIS data repositories, applications and services maintaining a strong customer service focus, including managing applications licences, monitoring system response and providing a second tier support for the Help Desk. Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent experience, in a Geomatic or Information Management related discipline and demonstrated relevant experience in Spatial Information Systems with well developed oral and written communication skills. The ability to work in a team environment, communicating and motivating effectively at all levels of the organisation and excellent time management skills to achieve proficiency and effectiveness in managing conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines is also essential for success.
